It's real. But I still have no idea what it's about.

  2. I guess. But of course, it's really out of their hands, isn't it?

  3. Engrish tour for real? Oh seeing the signs would so beat giggling at them on the net. Training defeatists seems a little unnecessary tho :-D

Hey you back in TAS? I've missed a couple of your tour blogs. Must catch. Hope we get to see photos soon.

  4. I'm back in Tas. Preparing to do a photodump. And maybe talk about Sandakan, Sepilok and Kinabatang.

  6. Interesting, a Neil Gaimanish job sort of...

When are you in Melbourne ie will you be attending Chaz Day on the 2nd and are you going to the horror writers masque on the friday?

  7. Chaz - I think I'm pretty much locked into the 'Con. They've got me on about a half-dozen panels and events so far. On top of that, I'll have the Elder Son with me for a fair amount of time (it's a treat for his tenth birthday; he's very excited about attending the World SF Convention).

What's the venue for Chaz Day?

  8. Chaz Day is the Mitre Tavern from 6pm once GBob arrive at around 7:30 we'll retire upstairs for a steak or three.

I'll be attending the Con on Saturday so hopefully I'll see you then. I'm going to the horror writers masque but have horrible thoughts that there'll be alot of wannabe Edwards & Bellas :((

  9. Chaz... that's actually useful. Because anyone NOT dressed that way is likely to be a writer, and therefore potentially interesting.
