" I'm gonna be 14 and I'm gonna SEE IT". In my kid brain it was the only reason "Which year it was" even mattered. I remember the effort my dad made to ensure we saw it. Awesome dads for the win.Ysambarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02360071758069381121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2485469691062620401.post-49936590023380023562012-06-09T23:13:05.085-07:002012-06-09T23:13:05.085-07:00Yes.

Not if you can figure out a way to do it properly!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2485469691062620401.post-31648580784693466662012-06-07T21:58:16.566-07:002012-06-07T21:58:16.566-07:00Persistent bugger aren't you!!??!!!!!Persistent bugger aren't you!!??!!!!!Mayhemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743732421663633743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2485469691062620401.post-88716985700283672492012-06-05T23:03:35.655-07:002012-06-05T23:03:35.655-07:00I saw the partial eclipse...made the full moon loo...I saw the partial eclipse...made the full moon look like it had a bite out of it. Interesting, but not as cool as the full eclipse of a few years ago.

Wifey, son and I went to the observatory for the transit...cloudy with odd bits of rain did not bode well...however there were enough breaks for a good viewing. They had a wide selection of specially filtered telescopes and binoculars set up there, the best only allowed in red light, so not only could you see Venus, but also sun spots and solar flares on the edge of the corona. They also had live feeds from telescopes around and above the world. All in all it was very interesting!Bondiboy66https://www.blogger.com/profile/03526870939619033169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2485469691062620401.post-46025472795060437812012-06-05T19:02:22.998-07:002012-06-05T19:02:22.998-07:00Heh.
